Some airlines require travelers to present the credit card that they used to purchase the ticket online. If you are planning to purchase a ticket for a relative or friend who does not have access to your card, please call the airline and inquire about their third party requirements.

All discounted airline tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable. Unused tickets have zero value after the original departure date.

2. Domestic Changes: Domestic Return flight may be change as per airline rules with the change fee $150.00 plus any difference in the fare.

3. International Changes: International return flights may be changed according to airline rules with a change fee of $250.00 plus any difference in the fare.

The fee for changes to the whole ticket before the first date of departure is $200.00 for domestic flights and $350.00 for international flights. Additionally, if the new ticket costs more than the original tickets you will be required to pay the difference. You will be paying the change fee plus the difference in the new fare.

Bookings and airfares are not guaranteed until the tickets are issued. Fares may change if ticketing is delayed or there is a problem with the credit card. Please be sure to enter all your information correctly to avoid any delays. All fares are in US dollars.

After you make your reservation online you will receive a preliminary itinerary, pending credit card processing. Once your credit card has been processed and your ticket has been issued, you will receive an email with your confirmation itinerary which will contain your E-ticket number. The purchase will appear on your credit card statement as "Airtkt.com". You may receive two charges which will equal the total amount of the agreed upon fare.

All paper tickets will be shipped over night to the credit card holder's billing address for an additional charge of $15.

4. Payments: Payment can be made by certified check, cashiers check (payable to Airtkt.com), or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express or Diners Club) for all purchases. All payments must be in US Dollars. Current billing address and phone information must be included with every ticket order. Airtkt.com does not accept credit cards outside of the US or Canada, and all credit cars must have verifiable addresses.

Third Party Credit Card:. When purchasing airline tickets for someone other than yourself, or when credit card holder is traveling with passengers that have a different last name, the credit card holder must authorize the charge by completing the Credit Card Authorization Form and faxed to us within 12 hours of purchasing the tickets. Failure to fax the Credit Card form may result in cancellation of reservations at the company's discretion.

5. Special Advertised Promotion Fares: Buying one of our promotion fares can save you anywhere from 19% - 55% on your ticket. When you purchase one of these fares, you might see the price difference between the price you paid and the price that the ticket is usually selling for. The price shown on the ticket will be higher than what you paid. It does not mean that you will be charged for that price. That is simply the amount that the ticked usually sells for. You will only be charged the amount that you agreed upon at the time that you made your purchase.

In some cases the price on the ticket is lower than what you paid. This does not mean that you will be charged that amount. You will be charged the same amount that you agreed upon when you made your purchase. We are not charging you more than the actual price. That is part of our special contract with the airlines and prices vary all the time.

6. Bulk Fares : Buying these fares you always save 27% - 55% on Airline price.

Most the time ticket will show no price or Zero price or Bulk fare.

It does not mean passenger will not pay for the ticket you will be charged the same amount that we offered at time of purchase and you were agreed. But that is part of our special contract with the Airlines it may vary all the time. All cases passengers are winner and save money by buying with us.

7. Travel Documentation: All travelers within the fifty United States are required to present a valid, government issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, at the airline's ticket counter at check-in. Parents normally vouch for their children's identification. Unaccompanied minors have stricter rules and parents should check with the airline regarding those rules.

All international travelers are required to have a valid passport with them at the time of check-in. Travelers may need visas for certain countries so please check with the airline or the consulate of the country you are visiting before traveling. Passengers are required to have the correct documentation in hand at the airport at the time of their departure. Passengers who plan to travel to certain areas must make themselves aware of any health issues and seek proper vaccination if necessary before traveling. 8. Checking in at Airport: All passengers with confirmed reservations must check in at the airline's ticket counter to receive their boarding passes. It is recommended that passengers arrive two hours in advance for domestic flights and three hours in advance for international flights. These recommendations have been made by the Transportation Safety Administration and are subject to change.

Seats and Meals: Seat assignments and special meal requests can be made to the airline but cannot be guaranteed. Seats for all passengers traveling together will be selected automatically and will be adjacent to the primary passenger, based on seat availability at the time of purchase. You may check and reconfirm your seat and request a special meal (if the airline allows it) between 24 and 48 hours prior to departure by contacting the airline directly.

11. Flight Schedule Changes: All airlines periodically adjust their flight schedules. It is solely the passenger's responsibility to check flight times and reconfirm reservations, within 72 hours of departure, for all flights within an itinerary. Failure to reconfirm onward travel may result in complete cancellation of all following reservations. We always advise you to reconfirm your flight before departure.

12. Business / First Class Fare: If you are traveling Business or First Class please email us immediately after completing your booking to check which class the booking has been placed in. Please include your booking reference number and last name in the subject line. We will reply and confirm which class your ticket has been booked in. You may also call the airline to confirm which class you are booked in.

13. Baggage Allowance: Most airlines limit the number of bags that each ticketed passenger is allowed to bring on a flight. For most airlines this is two checked bags and one carry-on.

The maximum weight for each bag is 70 pounds and the maximum size is 62 inches (length + width + height) for checked baggage. A carry-on item may not exceed 55 inches (length + width + height) and must fit under a seat or in an overhead bin. 15. Day of travel: Ensure that you have your itinerary/receipt or confirmation number for your booking. For domestic flights be sure to have your valid government issued ID and for international flights be sure to have your valid passport and all necessary travel documents. The name on your ID must match the name on your itinerary, receipt, or reservation.

When checking in at the airport you must present valid identification. Once you have done this you will be issued a boarding pass and your luggage will be checked and you may proceed through the security area to your gate.

16. What is CVV /CID?: The Card Verification Value (CVV) is a number printed on credit cards that serves as an extra safeguard for your credit purchases. Some card issuers refer to this number as the Card Verification Value, Card Verification Number, Card Verification Code, CVV, CVV2, or Personal Security Code. The number is not embossed on the card, therefore it does not print on receipts making it much harder for anyone other than the card holder to know the code. Depending on the type of credit card you are using, it is the 3 or 4 digit number printed on the back or front of your credit card.

When making an online booking on our site, we require that you enter your card verification number. This is for your safety and security. If you are using a credit card that does not have a personal security code then please use a different card.

17. 3-Digit Card Verification Number: On Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards the verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number as printed in the signature strip.
