2. Like to Change Flights.

All refund requests must be in writing or email. Most tickets that allow changes have a fee that is charged when the ticket is reissued. These fees are charged in addition to any fare increase for the changed itinerary. Some tickets do not allow any changes, even with a fee. Even if the ticket allows changes, some types of changes are not allowed. You cannot change the name on an airline ticket or give the ticket to someone else to use.

Change Fee:

Domestic Return flight may be changed as per airline rules with the change fee $150.00 plus any difference in the fare.

International Return flight may be changed as per airline rules with the change fee $250.00 plus any difference in the fare.

Changes for the bulk ticket before the first travel date carries a change fee of $200.00 (for Domestic Flights) plus any difference in the fare and $350.00 (for International flights) –Additionally if the new ticket costs more than the original tickets you must pay the difference. If the new tickets are less than the original price, airlines will not credit the difference. You will be paying the change fee +the difference in the fare.

3. Like to Cancel/Refund Trip.

All these discounted airline tickets are non refundable, non changeable and non transferable and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND IS LIMITED (PARTIALLY USED TICKETS HAVE NO REFUND VALUE). Wholly unused tickets have zero value after the original departure date. For both international and domestic tickets, there are absolutely no exceptions for any reason including serious illness.

Tickets issued prior to departure may be re-fundable or exchangeable, subject to a cancellation fee and any airline penalties that may apply. Tickets must be sent back to CheapFareGuru.com for processing. Re-funds are not available after departure. For complete details of fees and charges please call your agent or the carrier. Reservations can be cancelled by calling us. It just depends on how the reservation was made. If a reservation has not been ticketed, there are no cancellation fees or charges.

You cannot exchange a ticket from one airline to another. Some airlines will not allow the ticket to be reused if the original reservation was not cancelled within their designated timeframe.

REFUNDS ARE NOT POSSIBLE FOR:

a) Flight delays.
b) Delays in ticket deliveries lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets (E - Tickets are recommended where available).
c) All refund requests must be in writing or email and take a minimum of 7 weeks for processing.

4. Like to Assign Seat.

At the time you make your reservation you can request your seating preference on aisle or window. You can also call us or airline directly for seating request.

Please note:
  • Not all flights are available for advance seat assignment.

  • Policies on advanced seating vary by airline. Some airlines assign seats immediately, others may only assign seats 90 days before the flight, and several airlines wait to assign seats until the day of the flight.

  • For special seat assignments, such as seats for travelers with special needs, please call the airline directly. Special seat requests may override frequent flyer and full price, unrestricted fare premium seating requests.

5. Like to Find Itinerary/Flight Details.

You can check your itinerary online by using your Login Id and CheapFareGuru.com Booking Number. If you don’t have your Booking Number, please call us and we will provide you an itinerary. You can also call directly the airline to find your itinerary.

6. How to Receive/Travel with ticket (Electronic Ticket or Paper Ticket)?

An ‘Electronic Ticket’, is a ticket less travel service. It’s a paperless electronic document used for ticketing passengers. Also known as E-ticket, it allows your entire travel experience to be easy, safe and fast. Now no more worries about damaging, misplacing, losing or having the ticket stolen.

Most airlines prefer E-tickets, because:
  • It's convenient: You can buy Electronic Ticket online in your home / office.

  • It’s safe: The Electronic Ticket cannot be lost or stolen.

  • It's fast: You no longer have to collect the ticket from our office or rush to the airport to meet ticketing deadlines.

Note:
  • For travel within the United States, all you need is your government-issued photo ID, although some airlines also require that you show the credit card used to purchase your ticket.
  • For international travel, a passport is usually required and a visa may also be required, depending on your destination.

We recommend that you bring with you to the airport a printed copy of your confirmation email or the confirmation page from the CheapFareGuru.com Web site.

Paper Ticket: Paper tickets will be issued only where E-tickets are not applicable. Some airlines still require paper tickets.

All paper tickets will send via overnight mail once the Ticket is issued. Please allow us 3 Business days to issue and deliver the tickets. We will mail the tickets to the address given, with Credit Card information. If your mailing address is different please call and inform us.

NOTICE OF GOVERNMENT IMPOSED TAXES AND FEES: The price of this ticket may include taxes and fees, which are imposed on air transportation by government authorities. These taxes and fees, which may represent a significant portion of the cost of air travel, are either included in the fare, or shown separately in the “TAX” box (as) of the ticket.

7. Documents Required for Check In and Airport Security.

Please, reconfirm all your flights at least 24 hours prior to departure. You must check in at least 2 hours prior to departure and present yourself at the gate for boarding at least 30 minutes prior to departure (1 hour for Air India).

All travelers within the 50 United States are required to present a valid, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, at the airline’s ticket counter at check in. Then necessary boarding passes are issued, and the passengers can then check their baggage and proceed through security to the gate area. Parents normally vouch for children’s identification; unaccompanied minors have more stringent rules, and parents must check directly with the airlines.

All International travelers require a valid passport at check in. Travelers may need visa for some country. Please verify with the airline or check with the consulate of the country you are visiting. Passengers are responsible for having the correct documentation in hand at airports upon departure and CheapFareGuru.com assumes no responsibility for denied boarding or denied entry for failure to have these documents in order. Passengers who plan to travel to affected areas must make themselves aware of any health rules or advices, and secure proper inoculation, if so required. You can also visit www.travel.state.gov for more travel info. Traveler understands that CheapFareGuru.com takes no responsibility for determining passenger eligibility to enter any specific country.

8. Like to Send Travel Documents to email address.

Once ticket issued we will email the E-ticket conformation number, if you do not receive a confirmation, within the stipulated time period, please check your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected. Still not found, please call us so that we can resend.

Card ID Number/CVV (Card Verification Value): It is a unique number that can only be found on your credit card. The Card Verification Value (CVV) is a number printed on credit cards to serve as an extra safeguard for your credit card purchases. Some card issuers refer to this number as the 'Card Verification Value', 'Card Verification Number', 'Card Verification Code', 'CVV', 'CVV2', 'Personal Security Code'. The number is not embossed on the card and hence not printed on receipts, etc., making it much harder for anyone other than the cardholder to know the code. Depending on the type of credit card you use, it is the 3- or 4-digit number printed on the back or front of your credit card. We require, for your safety and security, that you enter your card verification number, if it is available. If it is not available, please try using a different credit card. Here's a sample of where to find your Card ID Number:
  • On American Express cards the verification number is a 4-digit number printed on the front of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.

  • On Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards the verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number as printed in the signature strip.
