If you do not find the cheap airfare for the travel dates you are requesting, please try a day before or a day after because the destinations may have sold out for those dates. You can also look for another near by airport if a particular city has got more than one airport. Traveling on week days is always little cheaper than traveling on the weekends.

Sometimes discount airfares for International and Domestic flights cannot be found online due to everyday fare changes by the airlines. Bookings and airfares are not guaranteed until tickets are issued. If for any reason like problem with the credit cards, ticketing is delayed, the quoted fare may change. Please enter all information correctly to avoid the delay. All fares are in USD.

Once you make a reservation online, you will receive a preliminary Itinerary pending credit card processing. Later you will receive confirmation itinerary with the E ticket (electronic ticket) number once the credit card process and the ticket is issued. The charge will appear on your statement from CheapFareGuru.com. You may receive two charges, which will be equal to the total amount of the agreed-upon quote. All paper tickets will be shipped over night to the credit card holder billing address with the additional $15.00.

Domestic travelers, please provide all the passenger's Last Names and First Names as it appears on their Government issued ID.

International travelers, please provide all the passengers Last Names and First Names as it appears on the Passport.

Some airlines require travelers to present the credit card they used to purchase the ticket online. If you are thinking about purchasing a ticket for a relative or friend who does not have access to your credit card, please call and check with the airline about specific requirements.

All these discounted airline tickets are non refundable, non changeable and non transferable and cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Wholly unused tickets have zero value after the original departure date.

FLIGHT CHANGE

All requests for changes in flight reservations must be in writing or email. Most tickets that allow changes have a fee that is charged when the ticket is reissued. These fees are charged in addition to any fare increase for the changed itinerary. Some tickets do not allow any changes, even with a fee. Even if the ticket allows changes, some types of changes are not allowed.

You cannot change the name on an airline ticket or give the ticket to someone else to use, under any circumstances.

Change Fee:


  • Domestic return flights may be changed as per airline rules with the change fee $150.00 plus any difference in the fare.
  • International return flight may be changed as per airline rules with the change fee $250.00 plus any difference in the fare.
  • Changes for the whole ticket before the first travel date change fee is $200.00 (for Domestic Flights) plus any difference in the fare and $350.00 (for International flights) – Additionally if the new ticket costs more than the original tickets you must pay the difference. If the new tickets are less than the original price airline will not credit the difference. You will be paying the change fee + the difference in the fare.





PAYMENTS

Payment can be made by certified check, cashiers check (payable to CheapFareGuru.com), Western Union or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express or Diners Club). Tickets must be purchased using a credit card issued either in the US or Canada. If the Credit Card is issued in any other country, please complete the booking, fill the credit card authorization form, Email or Fax along with the copy of Credit Card and I.D. of Card Holder to process the Ticket.

If you wish to pay with certified check, cashiers check or Western Union, please call us in business hours to make reservation.

Third Party Credit Card:

When purchasing airline tickets for someone other than yourself, or when credit card holder is traveling with passengers that have a different last name, the credit card holder must authorize the charge by completing the Credit Card Authorization Form and faxed to us within 12 hours of purchasing the tickets. Failure to fax the Credit Card form may result in cancellation of reservations at the company’s discretion.Our agent may call you to verify the Credit Card holder information for Credit Card security reasons.

You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

All travelers within the 50 United States are required to present a valid, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, at the airline’s ticket counter at check in. Parents normally vouch for children’s identification; unaccompanied minors have more stringent rules, and parents must check directly with the airlines.

All International travelers require a valid passport at check in. Travelers may need visa for some countries please verify with the airline or check with the consulate the country you are visiting. Passengers are responsible for having the correct documentation in hand at airports upon departure. Passengers who plan to travel to certain sensitive areas must make themselves aware of any health rules or terror threat advices etc., and secure proper inoculation, if so required. CHECKING IN AT AIRPORT

All passengers with confirmed reservation must check in at airlines’ ticket counters to receive boarding passes. Domestic flights require 2.00 Hour in advance; international flights require at least 2.45 Hours prior to departure. These requirements are made by the Transportation Safety Administration, and are subject to change. All flight information is subject to change at any time so check for latest updates. All times mentioned are local (specific to the hotel for which information is provided). Allow extra time for unexpected delays, parking, security and check-in. SEAT ASSIGNMENTS AND MEAL REQUESTS

CHANGING FLIGHT SCHEDULE

All airlines periodically adjust their flight schedules. It is solely the passenger’s responsibility to check flight timings and reconfirm reservations, within 72 hours of departure, for all flights within an itinerary. BAGGAGE POLICIES

Most airlines allow the maximum amount of baggage each ticketed passenger can carry free of charge is: 2 pieces checked and one carry-on.

The maximum weight for each bag is 70 pounds and maximum size is 62 inches (length + width + height) for check in. Carry-on item may exceed overall dimensions of 55 inches (Height + Length + Width) and must fit under the seat or in the overhead bin. You will need to show your e-Ticket confirmation email and e-Ticket number along with a photographic identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass at that time.





IS IT NECESARRY TO SHOW MY e-TICKET CONFIRMATION EMAIL AT THE AIRPORT CHECK-IN COUNTER OF THE AIRLINE?

It is not mandatory to show your e-Ticket confirmation email. In case you are not carrying the e-Ticket confirmation email, you will need to show a photographic identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. However, it is advisable that you carry your e-Ticket confirmation email and e-Ticket number.

All passengers are required to show their boarding pass at the security check point.





DAY OF TRAVEL

Ensure you have your itinerary/receipt or confirmation for your booking and/or valid photo I.D. (for domestic flights) or valid passport (for all international flights) and all necessary travel documents. Name on the I.D. must match the name on the itinerary/receipt/reservation.

When checking in at the airport, the passenger simply presents positive identification. Then necessary boarding passes are issued, and the passenger can check luggage and proceed through security to the gate area.





WHAT IS CVV/CID?

The Card Verification Value (CVV) is a number printed on credit cards to serve as an extra safeguard for your credit card purchases. Some card issuers refer to this number as the 'Card Verification Value', 'Card Verification Number', 'Card Verification Code', 'CVV', 'CVV2', 'Personal Security Code'. The number is not embossed on the card and hence not printed on receipts, etc., making it much harder for anyone other than the cardholder to know the code. Depending on the type of credit card you use, it is the 3- or 4-digit number printed on the back or front of your credit card.
