Carry-on baggage

Carry-on baggage allowance is 5 kg for all classes. First class passengers can carry 2 pieces while other classes must carry only 1. Additionally, damaged lithium batteries are not permitted. Spare lithium batteries and power banks can only be carried in carry-on baggage, not checked in. Liquids, gels, and aerosols are only permissible if placed in containers with a 100 ml maximum capacity.

A passenger on a China regional/international departure who has secured a printed receipt using online check-in can get their boarding pass at the 90 minutes prior to departure (not including passengers to Hong Kong, China).

Airport check-in

Passengers can check in through kiosks at the airport. This self-service check-in is faster than traditional check-in counters. Passengers can use a kiosk to choose their seats, validate check-in information, and print their boarding pass.

Lounge

The Skypearl Lounge offers a service area, rest area, dining area, left luggage area, viewing area, movie area, massage area, etc. Passengers can get flight information, membership services, business functions, video and audio entertainment, wireless Internet access, etc. It is open to Sky Pearl Gold and Silver members.

The First Class and Business Class Lounge has a public seating area, a dining area, a business and Internet access area, a left luggage area, children's entertainment area, a movie area, and a massage area.

The VIP Lounge offers buffet dining, massages, wireless Internet access, and cell phone charging. It is open to first class and business class passengers, Sky Pearl Gold and Silver members, and SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

In-flight services

First class passengers get a 23-inch flat-screen LCD TV while business class passengers get a 15-inch flat-screen LCD TV. Both first-class and business class passengers get Hi-Fi noise-reducing headphones, 1200 program options, and 150 popular and classic multilingual movies. Passengers can enjoy East Asian and Western delicacies.

Economy passengers get an adjustable 9-inch personal LCD TV with 1200 program options and East Asian and Western cuisine.

Fleet
