- You may leave your bags outside the cabin door the night before docking and they will be picked up and delivered on the dock. If you wish, you can carry them off the ship. That probably will depend on the amount of luggage that you have. Never pack valuables in your luggage, especially if they are going to be left overnight unattended. If you do leave your luggage in the corridor overnight, be sure that you have everything that you need to travel in the morning. That includes the correct clothes, shoes, medications, cosmetics and tickets or documents necessary for your trip home. Otherwise, the bags will be gone and you may have to travel in pajamas !
